| 摘 要： | 目的 探索急性毒鼠强（四次甲基二砜安）中毒（ＡＴＩ）的临床特效解毒方法。方法 应用二巯基丙磺酸钠（Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ）解救ＡＴＩ１１例（次）患者进行疗效总结，并与既往常规治疗的５例患者进行比较。结果 治疗组获得满意疗效；无一例死亡，预后佳，Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ解毒作用显著；而对照组５例死亡４例，１例遗留有严重痴呆症。结论 Ｎａ－ＤＭＰＳ对ＡＴＩ具有特效解毒作用，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the clinical specific antidotal treatment of acute tetramine intexication (ATI) Methods The therapeutic effects of sodium dimercaptopropan (Na DMPS) were observed in 11 ATI patients and the results were compared with those of 5 cases treated with traditional methods Results All the cases treated with Na DMPS got good outcome and no case died, while 4 cases in the control group died and in the remaining one severe dementia was left over Conclusion It is suggested that Na DMPS may be a specific remedy for ATI and the therapeutic effects are reliable clinically |
