瑞舒伐他汀抗动脉粥样硬化的临床应用进展

许多大规模临床试验已证实他汀类药物明显降低冠心病的发病率和心血管事件的发生,强化调脂治疗在极高危患者中的地位日益受到重视。与其他他汀类药物相比,瑞舒伐他汀具有一些有利的药理特性,一系列临床研究也显示,此药对各类血脂异常患者的LDL-C降低效果均显著优于同类其他药物。现综述几个新近的关于瑞舒伐他汀在抗动脉粥样硬化应用方面的大规模临床研究。

Current Clinical Practice of Rosuvastatin in Anti-atherosclerosis

Many recent clinical trials have reinforced the benefits of statins with the emphasis on achieving low LDL cholesterol levels for the optimal management of patients at very high risk.Some of the cholesterol-independent effects of statins may be mediated through enhancing the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.Compared with the other statins,rosuvastatin had some benefit pharmacal effects and series of clinical studies have indicated it had more advantages.This review summarises the progression and efficacy of rosuvastatin in current clinical practice in anti-atherosclerosis.
