| 摘 要： | 无再流现象 (no reflowphenomenon)是指冠状动脉闭塞 ,血流中断后重新恢复血流 ,却无心肌组织的有效灌注的现象 ,可发生于溶栓治疗及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗 (PCI)术后。本文就PCI术后无再流现象的发生情况、机制、检测、预防和处理等方面的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | When restoration of coronary blood flow after coronary occlusion,effective myocardial tissue perfusion is defect,which is called the no-reflow phenomenon.No-reflow phenomenon can occur after thrombolysis and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy.The occurrence,mechanism,detection,prevention and management of no-reflow phenomenon after PCI was review in this article. |
