| 摘 要： | 细胞外基质是构成血管壁的主要成分,其代谢平衡受基质金属蛋白酶的调节。因此,基质金属蛋白酶与血管结构的改变密切相关。现就基质金属蛋白酶对某些心脑血管疾病血管重构的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | Extracellular matrix is the main composition which constitute blood vessel wall,its balance of metabolism is to suffer the matrix metalloproteinases to regulate.Thereforth,the change of construction blood vessel is closely related with matrix metalloproteinases.This article reviews the effect of matrix metalloproteinases on blood vessel remodelling with some cardiocerebral diseases. |
