| 摘 要： | 目前心肌缺血后再灌注钙超载机理仍未彻底阐明 ,本文从胞质膜 (SL)裂隙、电压依赖性Ca2 通道、Na Ca2 交换、肌浆网 (SR)Ca2 ATP酶、线粒体 (Mit)、氧自由基、磷脂酶、蛋白激酶C、钙调蛋白等方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The precise mechanism of calcium overload in ischemic reperfused myocardium is still not clearly understood.This review describes the effects of sarcolemmal gap,voltage-depedent Ca 2 channels,Na /Ca 2 exchange,Ca 2 -ATPase of the sarcoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria,oxygen free radicals,phospholipase,protein kinase C and calmodulin. |
