中成药对心力衰竭干预作用的临床研究

目的观察中成药联合常规西药对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）干预作用的临床疗效。方法将90例CHF患者采用随机数字表法分为2组。对照组44例患者根据心衰治疗指南采用常规抗心衰治疗；观察组46例在对照组基础上加服中成药芪苈强心胶囊（2粒／次，3次／d），2周为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后患者体重、尿量、6min步行试验（6MWT）、心电图（ECG）、心脏超声（UCG）等检查。结果2个疗程后，观察组心功能改善总有效率为93．48％，对照组为79．55％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．6388，P〈0．05）；观察组左室射血分数（LVEF）平均提高（13．57±10．16）％，对照组为（9．37±9．15）％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．06，P〈0．05）。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论中成药芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗CHF，可有效改善患者心功能，提高LVEF，改善临床症状，提高生活质量，安全性好，为CHF治疗指明了一个新的方向。

The effect of Chinese patent medicine intervention on heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical role of Chinese patent medicine combined with convention- al western medicine to interfere with chronic heart failure. Methods 90 cases of CHF were randomly divided into the observe group and control group, all patients were given conventional anti-heart failure treatment, in accordance with heart failure treatment guidelines. The observe Group were added Chinese patent medicine Qiliqiangxin cap- sules to the treatment of 4 Lepidus three times a day for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses on the basis of conventional anti-failure treatment. After the treatments body weight, urine output, 6-minute walk dis- tance, electrocardiogram, cardiac uhrasound examination were compared between two groups, and also before and after treatment respectively. Results 2 courses later, the overall efficiency of cardiac function in the observationgroup was 93.48%, the enhance rate of left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） was （19.6±22.2）%, while the control group were 79.55% and （6.9±18.2）%, the treatment effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group （X^2=4.6388,P〈0.05）. There were no obvious adverse effects between two groups. Conclusion Chinese patent medicine Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with conventional western medicine could effectively im- prove the cardiac function, LVEF, clinical symptoms, quality of life in the patients for chronic heart failure. The treatment was safe and a new direction for chronic heart failure.
