| 摘 要： | 目的 分析糖尿病与吸烟的关系。方法 通过对１９９６年“全国糖尿病流行特点的研究”资料进行对比、相关及多因素回归分析。结果 糖尿病患病率在男性戒烟者最高，为７．４８％，正在吸烟者反而低于不吸烟者，分别为２．８９％和３．７６％；而女性正在吸烟者最高，为５．６５％，戒烟和不吸烟者分别为４．９０％和３．６６％。吸烟累积量（吸烟指数）与糖尿病之间呈正相关关系（ｒ＝０．９６，Ｐ〈０．０１），即吸烟指数越大，糖

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relation between type 2 diabetes and smoking.Results The prevalence of diabetes in smoking quitter was 7.48%,and it was 3.76% and 2.89% respectively in the nonsmoking and smoking for male.The highest prevalence of diabetes in the smoking was 5.65%.It was 4.90% and 3.66% respectively in the smoking quitter and the nonsmoking for female.There are positive correlation between smoking index and diabetes ( r =0 96, P <0 01).Conclusion Logistic regression analysis on smoking index with diabetes showed that when smoking index is more than 130 (the smoked amount of more than 13 cigarettes per day for the periods from 20 years old to 40 years old),the risks of diabetes were OR=1.37,AR=27.0% for male,and OR=1.92,AR=47.9% for female. |
