摘    要:2007年和2008年采用Kato-Katz法(1粪3检)对鄱阳湖区饭湖村居民进行粪便检查。结果该村居民血吸虫平均感染率分别为23.08%和16.29%(其中成人分别为28.85%和18.13%,儿童未发现感染者),以轻度感染为主;蛔虫和鞭虫平均感染率分别为44.62%、11.24%和23.08%、3.93%,儿童蛔虫和鞭虫感染率均高于成人。居民寄生虫感染以单一虫种为主。

Abstract:Kato-Katz technique was employed for stool examination of parasitic infections in Fanhu Village of Poyang Lake regions in 2007 and 2008.The average infection rates of Schistosoma japonicum were 23.08% and 16.29% in 2007 and 2008,respectively.Schistosome eggs were not detected in children.The adult infection rates of schistosome were 28.85% and 18.13% in 2007and 2008,respectively.The intensity of schistosome infection was slight.The average infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides were 44.62% and 11.24% in 2007 and 2008,respectively.The average infection rates of Trichuris chichiura were 23.08% and 3.93% in 2007 and 2008,respectively.The infection rates of A.lumbricoides and T.chichiura were higher in children than those in adults.There was the single parasitic infection in most of the residents.
