摘    要:目的观察四川省普格县血吸虫病综合治理4年的效果,为高山峡谷型血吸虫病流行区防治提供经验。方法收集综合治理试点2005~2008年的血吸虫病干预措施和疫情等资料,对血吸虫病疫情变化进行分析。结果经过4年的综合防治,各村人群血吸虫感染率均降低并维持在1%以下,2008年试点区人群血吸虫感染率较2005年下降93.91%(χ^2=162.27,P〈0.01);家畜感染率迅速下降至1%以下,2008年家畜平均感染率较2006年下降94.69%(χ^2=97.95,P〈0.01);有螺面积下降近1/3,活螺密度由2005年的0.42只/0.1m^2下降到2008年的0.09只/0.1m^2;2007年后未再发现阳性钉螺。结论高山峡谷型流行区实施传染源和钉螺控制并重的综合防治措施能迅速控制血吸虫病疫情。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of the four-year comprehensive schistosomiasis control in Puge County,Sichuan Province. Methods The data of the schistosomiasis and its control measures were collected and analyzed in Puge County from 2005 to 2008. Results After the four-year control,the schistosome infection rate of residents decreased to 1%,and compared with that of 2005,the infection rate of residents decreased by 93.91% (χ^2=162.27,P〈0.01). The schistosome infection rate of domestic animals decreased rapidly and kept below 1%,and compared with that of 2006,the infection rate of domestic animals decreased by 94.69% (χ^2=97.95,P〈0.01). The area with snails reduced almost by one third. The density of living snails decreased by 78.57%,from 0.42 snails/0.1 m^2 to 0.09 snails/0.1 m^2 from 2005 to 2008,and no infected snails were found after 2007. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in mountainous regions could be effectively controlled by the comprehensive measures of controlling infectious sources and snails together.
