2005年云南省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

目的为及时掌握血吸虫病流行动态和流行规律。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》,开展4个国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点工作,并分析2005年疫情监测结果。结果监测点的疫情严重程度不一,山区血吸虫病流行仍然较重,且居民血吸虫病感染状况有高感染率、低感染度的流行特点。结论家畜传染源在血吸虫病传播中占有特殊地位,监测点螺情未得到有效控制,应进一步加强控制钉螺和家畜血吸虫病防治的工作。

The results analysis of surveillance of schistosomiasis in Yunnan province in 2005 Dong Yi, Dong

Objective To understand without delay the epidemiologic situation and law of Schistoso- miasis,Methods To carry out the surveillance in four national sites in Yunnan province nad analyze the surveillance result according to the protocol of national surveillance of schistosomiasis.Results The endemic situation of schistosomiasis was different among those surveillance sites,and the prevalence maintained at a higher level in the mountainous region.There was the ferture which are the higher infection rate and lower infection intensity in the resident in Yunnan.Conclusion The domestic animals played important role in transmission of schistosomiasis.The snails were not well controlled,the surveillance and the control to cattle and the snail should be continuously strengthed.
