高压氧治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展

糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病并发症之一,若得不到及时正确的治疗,致残、致死率极高.目前临床治疗需要联合多种手段.高压氧治疗可以改善创面组织缺氧、增强灌注、减少水肿、下调炎性细胞因子、促进成纤维细胞增殖和胶原合成、动员血管干细胞并刺激血管生成等,促进溃疡愈合,目前已经成为糖尿病足溃疡治疗的有效辅助治疗方法之一.临床应用时需要严格掌握适应证、禁忌证,使用正确的方法以及适当的疗程,并注意不良反应.
