摘    要:氧化应激和炎性反应是糖尿病致动脉粥样硬化的两个主要危险因素,Nrf2/ARE通路是体内调控氧化应激的关键通路.激活Nrf2/ARE通路可保护血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及胰岛β细胞免受氧化损伤,并可增加胰岛素分泌,改善胰岛素抵抗.Nrf2/ARE通路对糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的防治具有重要意义.

Abstract:Oxidative stress and inflammation play essential roles in the initiation and progression of diabetes associated atherosclerosis.Nrf2/ARE signal pathway is the key pathway in the regulation of cellular oxidative stress response.The activation of Nrf2/ARE pathway can protect vascular endothelial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells and islet β cells from oxidative stress injury,as well as improve insulin resistance by increasing insulin secretion.Nrf2/ARE pathway plays an important role in the prevent and treatment of diabetes associated atherosclerosis.
