| 摘 要： | APPL1 (adaptor protein,phosphotyrosine interacting with PH domain and leucine zipper 1)是一种细胞内转接蛋白,可以和多种蛋白作用,介导细胞内多条信号通路.目前发现APPL1在胰岛β细胞中高度表达,与胰岛素分泌、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病及其并发症密切相关.

| Abstract: | APPL1 (adaptor protein,phosphotyrosine interacting with PH domain and leucine zipper 1) is an intracellular adaptor protein.It interacts with a variety of proteins and functions in intracellular signaling pathways.Recently,APPL1 is found highly expressed in islet β cells,closely relating with insulin secretion,insulin resistance,diabetes and its complications. |
