| 摘 要： | <正>微生物组学与人类宿主关系的研究已成为继人类基因组计划又一研究热点。Lederberg等~(1])首次提出"Microbiome"概念,定义为人体内共生、共栖、致病的微生物,这些遗传信息的总和称为"微生物组"。微生物与人类宿主共同进化,微生物组包含着大量人类独特的代谢功能~(2])。随着2007年人类微生物组项目开展,口腔、鼻腔、肠道、阴道和皮肤的微生物研究相继开展,而呼吸道微生态并不包括在人
