乙型肝炎不同临床类型患者血清维生素C及氧化损伤指标的检测

目的对比检测乙型肝炎不同临床类型患者血清维生素C含量及其它氧化损伤指标,为维生素C在乙型肝炎患者的临床应用提供参考依据。方法选取乙型肝炎患者共45例慢性乙型肝炎（重度）20例、肝炎肝硬化（代偿期）15例、重型肝炎10例],健康对照组15例,采用紫外分光光度仪测定血清维生素C、总抗氧化能力及丙二醛,并进行对比分析。结果⑴与健康对照组比较,乙型肝炎组血清维生素C、总抗氧化能力明显降低（P〈0.05）;不同临床类型间均存在显著差异：重型肝炎组〈慢性肝炎组〈肝硬化组〈正常组（P〈0.05）;乙型肝炎组丙二醛较健康对照组明显升高（P〈0.05）：重型肝炎组〉慢性肝炎组〉肝硬化组〉正常组（P〈0.05）。⑵乙型肝炎组血清维生素C的含量与总抗氧化能力呈正相关,与丙二醛水平呈负相关。结论乙型肝炎患者血清维生素C水平及总抗氧化能力较健康对照组明显降低,丙二醛含量明显升高,维生素C的浓度与与总抗氧化能力呈正相关,与丙二醛含量呈负相关。

Comparative detection of vitamin C and oxlidative damage index levels in serum of patlients with different clinical types of hepatitis B
