| 摘 要： | 最近,中华医学会感染病学分会发表了《中国乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播防治指南(2019年版)》 1] (以下简称《指南》),以减少HBV的母婴传播。《指南》发表后,相关杂志刊登了学术讨论文章 2-3] ,营造了学术争鸣环境,通过讨论,解决问题,提高学术水平。笔者就服用替诺福韦酯(TDF)、替比夫定(LdT)等抗病毒药物或使用干扰素期间意外妊娠等问题,提出个人的一些观点。
