| 摘 要： | 目的 比较高碘与低碘地区新生儿脐带血 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 水平及分布特征。方法 用滤纸采集新生儿断脐 １５ 分钟内脐带血，用免放法（ Ｉ Ｒ Ｍ Ａ）测定 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 含量。结果 高碘地区新生儿脐带血 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 水平与缺碘地区无显著差异，但 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 值的分布则不同。结论 高碘与低碘都能引起新生儿脐带血 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 值的升高。在应用新生儿全血 Ｔ Ｓ Ｈ 值评价人群碘营养状况时应同时检测其尿碘水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare neonatal TSH level in iodine deficient and excess areas.Methods Cord blood spots were collected from neonates at the time of birth,and TSH measured using IRMA.Results Neonatal TSH levels were similar in both areas,but had different distributions.Conclusions Both iodine deficiency and excess can elevate neonatal TSH levels,but the mechanisms may be different.Neonatal TSH levels alone cannot assess population iodine status. |
