摘    要:目的 考核健康教育传播效果。方法 调查健康教育干预后,目标人群氟病卫生知识和防治方法知晓率及相关行为及改变率,室内空气和食物氟含量,8-12岁学生尿氟水平。结果 80%以上的目标人群知识氟病卫生知识和防治方法,84%的家庭购置安装了铁炉具,97%的改炉户能烟囱伸出室外,96%家庭不再使用敞煤火烘烤食物,70%以上的家庭采取密闭方式保存食物,并能做到食物烹调前淘洗;监测户室内空气氟含量降至国家允许浓度以下,辣椒氟含量明显降低,玉米氟含量接近国家卫生标准,8-12岁学生尿氟趋于正常。结论 在具有一定经济文化基础的病区,通过健康教育干预,能够拓宽氟病防治范围,提高防治效果,减少国家投入。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effects of health education.Methods The knowledge of endemic fluorosis and its control skills in the goal residents, changes in the related activities, fluoride contents in indoor air and main food, and fluoride level in urine of the children aged 8~12 were studied.Results More than 80% of the goal residents had the knowledge of endemic fluorosis and its control skills. 84% of families installed fluoride pollution-control stove. 97% of households stretched out the chimney to make the coal smoke outdoors. 96% of families did not bake the staple food with uncovered stoves. 70% of families sealed up and stored their staple food, and washed it before cooking. Fluoride level in indoor air decreased below the national standard for permitted concentration. The content of fluoride in the chili pepper significantly went down. Fluoride content in the corn reached the level of national health standard. Concentration of fluoride in urine of the children aged 8~12 was nearly normal.Conclusions Intervention of health education in fluorosis-prevalent areas that possess certain conditions of economy and education could open up the scope of prevention of endemic fluorosis, enhance the effects of control, and consequently reduce the investment of the Government.
