中国大陆广州管圆线虫鼠类终末宿主感染率的Meta分析

目的 了解我国广州管圆线虫鼠类终末宿主感染率。方法 检索2000年1月1日至2019年12月31日发表在万方数据资源系统、CBM、CNKI、CQVIP、 Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、Elsevier/ScienceDirect、SpringerLink等中英文数据库中有关我国大陆鼠类终末宿主广州管圆线虫感染现状的研究,根据制定的标准筛选、纳入文献。利用R3.6.2软件计算鼠类终末宿主感染率及其95%CI,并对纳入研究的不同特征进行分组分析。结果 共纳入31篇文献,其中中文25篇,英文6篇,27 819例研究对象。结果显示鼠类终末宿主广州管圆线虫感染率为8.52%(95%CI:7.06%~10.10%);分组分析结果表明广东省感染率最高,褐家鼠、雄鼠、成年鼠、野栖鼠感染率高于其他鼠种。结论 我国大陆广州管圆线虫鼠类终末宿主的虫感染率较高,需要加强监测和健康教育。

Prevalence of Angiostrongylus cantonensis infection among rodents,the definitive host in China's Mainland:a meta-analysis

This study aimed to assess the prevalence of Angiostrongylus cantonensis infection among rodents,the definitive host in China's Mainland,over the past 20 years,to provide a scientific basis for prevention.Data were systematically collected in electronic databases such as Wangfang,CBM,CNKI,CQVIP,Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase,Elsevier/ScienceDirect,and SpringerLink from January 2000 to December 2019.The studies meeting the inclusion criteria were evaluated.R3.6.2 software was used to calculate the overall combined infection rate estimate,and 95%CI subgroup analysis was performed on the basis of the different characteristics of the included studies.Thirty-one studies,25 in Chinese and six in English,were included in the present study,with a total sample size of 27819.The overall infection rate of A.cantonensis in China's Mainland was estimated to be 8.52%(95%CI:7.06%-10.10%)in rodents.Subgroup analysis revealed that the prevalence of A.cantonensis in Guangdong province was highest.Meanwhile,the prevalence of A.cantonensis in mature Rattus norvegicus male rats and field mice was significantly higher than that in other rodent species,female rats,immature rats,and commensal rodents.The A.cantonensis infection rate in rodents was high.Hence,surveillance and health education should be enhanced.
