摘    要:整合医学微生物学和人体寄生虫学建立病原生物学学科是追求先进医学教育理念,顺应医学教学改革发展潮流的必然结果。病原生物学学科的建立有利于构建完整的病原学知识体系,也有利于实现教学和科研资源的共享。人体寄生虫学的发展在现今世界范围内普遍受到忽视,纳入病原生物学学科体系之后势必改善其不断萎缩之势。整合课程建设为加快病原生物学学科发展提供了契机。针对病原生物学整合课程建设,笔者提出了以下建议:以器官系统为主线重新组织教学内容,建立PBL或CBL的教学方法,培养一支能上整合课程的教师队伍。

Abstract:Medical microbiology and human parasitology were integrated to create a course in pathogen biology in order to facilitate advanced medical education. This approach was the inevitable result of trends to reform medical education. The field of pathogen biology can help students gain a systematic knowledge of etiology and it can also help teachers to share teaching and research resources. Hmnan parasitology is generally neglected throughout the world. Integrating hu man parasitology into pathogen biology will halt its continuing decline. The integrated course provides an opportunity to encourage the development of pathogen biology. The following suggestions regarding creation of the integrated course are offered., the material taught should be reorganized primarily according to organ systems, a PBL or CBI. approach should be taken, and teachers with knowledge of both microbiology and parasitology should be fostered to teach the integrated course.
