摘    要:弓形虫病防制策略之一是研制安全有效的疫苗。弓形虫速殖子表面膜蛋白、棒状体蛋白、致密颗粒蛋白和微线体蛋白是重要的弓形虫抗原,这些抗原物质与弓形虫的侵袭性有关,且能诱导宿主的免疫反应。本文就近年来弓形虫病核酸疫苗研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:One of the most effective prevention and treatment strategies to toxoplasmosis is to develop safe and effective vaccines.Four main protein families of Toxoplasma gondii including surface membrane protein of tachyzoite,rhpotry protein,dense granule protein and microneme protein are important antigen,which are associated with invasion and could induce host immune response.This article reviewed the nucleic acid vaccine encoding above proteins of T.gondii studied in recent years.
