特异蛋白质在诊断结核性胸腔积液中的作用

近年来蛋白质组学的发展为寻找更简单、快速、准确的诊断结核性胸腔积液（tuberculosis pleural effusion，TPE）的方法提供了新的思路。本文回顾了近年来关于不同胸腔积液中特异性蛋白质的研究，经分析指出虽然仍存有争议，但腺苷脱氨酶在确立TPE的诊断过程中起到重要作用。而目前尚未发现仅在TPE中表达的特异性蛋白质，仍需进一步的相关研究。

Role of specific proteins in diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion

With the development of proteomics in recent years,there rises a new thought of seeking for more simple, quick and accurate diagnosis methods of tuberculous pleural effusion. Researches on d＇ifferent specific proteins in pleural effusions are reviewed in this paper and indicate that the adenosine deaminase plays an important role in the process of establishing the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion,although it is still hotly debated. And none of the proteins has been found only expressed in tuberculous pleural effusion. Therefore,further researches are still needed.
