| 摘 要： | 报道1例中年女性患者因存在神经系统、消化系统和肾脏损害的临床表现,经肾活检证实形态学改变符合肾小球膜性病变;但无论肾活检形态改变特点还是临床表现均提示存在引起肾脏病变的继发病因。最终,经临床和实验室检查证实患者肾脏病变与汞中毒相关。

| Abstract: | A 33-years female with nervous,digestive and renal involvement was reported.Renal biopsy was performed.The histological diagnosis was in accord with membranous nephropathy,however,not only morphological changes,but also clinical features and the results of laboratory examination were prompted that the renal lesions were caused by secondary etiology.Finally,we clarified that the diagnosis was the membranous nephropathy associated with mercury. |
