吉林省新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症筛查成本效益分析

目的评估吉林省新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症（CH）筛查的成本效益，为卫生行政部门推广此项筛查工作提供决策依据。方法根据吉林省新生儿CH筛查结果、调查数据和吉林省经济数据，测算新生儿cH筛查的成本和效益。结果吉林省新生儿cH筛查投入成本为221702元，节约的治疗、康复及增加的工资收入等为I693316元，成本／效益比为1：7．64。结论新生儿筛查在我省体现了较好的经济效益，为提高我省的人口素质发挥了很大作用，取得了显著的社会效益，值得进一步推广和普及。

A cost - benefit evaluation of neonatal screening for congenital hypothyroidism

Objective To evaluate the economic returns of neonatal congenital hypothroidism （CH） screening in Jilin provine, and provide the basis of decision for health executive department. Method A cost - benefit analysis of the screening program was conducted according to the screening data, investigation data and economic data in Jilin. Result The cost of neonatal screening, and treatment for CH was 129 175 Yuan. Howeve, the financial benefits including the money saved in treatment, nursing care, special education and the loss of income avoided was 468 470 Yuan, ratio of cost to benefit was 1： 7.64. Conclusion Neonatal screening for CH in Jilin reflects a better economic and social benefit and merits further popularization.
