摘    要:目的尝试将临床穿刺技术应用于疑似鼠疫病人的尸体取材中,寻找可以替代传统疑似鼠疫病人尸体解剖取材的技术和方法。方法通过比较临床穿刺取材和传统解剖取材在可操作性、时效性、分离鼠疫菌难易程度、生物安全等方面的优劣,评估穿刺取材能否替代传统解剖取材用于疑似鼠疫尸体的取材工作中。结果临床穿刺技术应用于疑似鼠疫尸体的取材,可以降低尸体解剖对环境的污染,为实验室检验争取了时间,使早期分离鼠疫菌和早期诊断成为了可能。结论临床穿刺技术应用于疑似鼠疫病人的尸体取材是可行的。

Abstract:Objective The clinical puncture technique was attempted to apply to sample the corpse of suspected plague patients, and find out the techniques and methods that could replace the traditional sampling techniques of suspected plague patients.Methods This paper evaluated whether puncture sampling could replace traditional anatomical sampling in suspected plague corpses by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of clinical puncture sampling and traditional anatomical sampling in terms of operability, timeliness, difficulty in isolating Yersinia pestis and biosafety and so on.Results The application ofclinical puncture technology to sample the corpse of suspected plague reduced the environmental pollution caused by autopsy, bought time for laboratory examination, and made the early isolation of plague bacteria and early diagnosis possible.Conclusion It is feasible to apply clinical puncture technique to sample the corpse of suspected plague patients.
