沙地村氟斑牙流行现状及居民对地方性氟中毒的认知调查

目的了解沙地村氟斑牙流行现状以及当地居民对地方性氟中毒(地氟病)的认知和防控情况。方法在沙地村随机选取调查对象;检查氟斑牙并通过问卷收集对地氟病的认知和防控信息。结果共调查298人,氟斑牙率为34.56%,地区氟斑牙指数为0.75,且年龄越大的人群患氟斑牙越严重(P<0.05)。56.38%的居民不知晓地氟病,52.01%的居民认为地氟病不能预防,且了解地氟病或认为能预防的人群氟斑牙率均更低(P<0.05)。结论沙地村居民对地氟病认知不足,该地区应进行持续性地氟病相关知识健康教育与健康促进干预活动,缓解氟斑牙,防止地氟病的发生与发展,达到预防效果,减轻居民及国家的卫生经济负担。

Epidemic status of dental fluorosis in Shadi Village and residents cognition survey of endemic fluorosis

Objective Understand the prevalence of endemic fluorosis in Shadi Village and the local residents’ awareness and prevention and control of fluorosis.Methods Randomly select the respondents in the Shadi village;Check for dental fluorosis and collect information on the awareness and prevention of fluorosis by questionnaire.Results A total of 298 people were investigated.The detection rate of dental fluorosis was 34.56%, and the regional dental fluorosis index was 0.75.The older the population, the more severe the dental fluorosis(P<0.05).56.38% of residents do not know about fluorosis, 52.01% of residents believe that fluorosis cannot be prevented and understand that the rate of dental fluorosis is lower in people with fluorosis or who are considered preventable(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents of Shadi Village have insufficient knowledge of fluorosis, and the area should carry out continuous fluorosis-related knowledge health education and health promotion intervention activities to alleviate dental fluorosis, prevent the occurrence and development of fluorosis, and achieve preventive effects and reduce the economic burden of the residents and the country.
