氟中毒动物模型骨蠕变实验研究

摘    要:目的研究正常与氟中毒动物模型骨的蠕变力学特性,确定氟中毒对动物模型骨蠕变力学特性是否具有影响。方法复制氟中毒动物模型,取氟中毒动物模型股骨和正常对照组动物骨进行对比试验。结果得出了正常对照组和模型组动物股骨蠕变实验数据和曲线、应变与时间的变化规律。正常对照组股骨7 200 s蠕变量为0.3%,模型组7 200 s蠕变量为0.2%。结论氟中毒对模型组股骨蠕变力学特性具有一定影响。

Abstract:Objective Research on animal models of normal and fluorosis of bone mechanical properties of creep,Animal model to determine fluorosis on the creep of bone mechanical properties of whether the impact.Methods Replication animal model of fluorosis,Animal model of the femur taken fluorosis and normal control group to compare test animal bone.Results Reached the normal control group and model group animals,femoral creep experimental data and curves,and the Strain and time variation,The normal control group,the amount of creep as the 7 200 s femur is 0.3%,the model group 7 200 s the amount of creep is 0.2%.Conclusions Fluorosis in the model group on the creep mechanical properties of the femur has a certain impact.
