| 摘 要： | 脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)是累及脑微循环的一组综合征,临床表现为卒中、痴呆、步态异常、排尿障碍等,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗方案。前列腺素及其类似物通过激活特异性受体发挥扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集、保护内皮、改善微循环等多重作用,可能对CSVD有一定的疗效。文章就前列腺素及其类似物治疗和预防CSVD的可能性进行了综述。
