| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了凝血酶的结构、其在中枢神经系统产生和代谢特征、在脑出血后脑水肿形成中的重要作用及其可能机制,内源性和外源性凝血酶抑制剂,脑出血抗凝血酶治疗用药的初步临床试验结果。随着凝血酶在脑出血后作用研究的深入,抗凝血酶治疗可能是防治出血性脑损伤最有希望的措施之一。

| Abstract: | The article describe the structure,the production and metabolic features of thrombin in central nerve system, its important role and probable mechanisms in cerebral edema formation after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH), intrinsic and extrinsic thrombin inhibitors, and the results of preliminary clinical trial addressing anti-thrombin treatment after ICH. Anti-thrombin treatment may become one of the most promising strategies in the prevention and treatment of ICH. |
