优质护理在食管癌患者根治性放疗中的应用对提升患者满意度的价值分析

目的评价食管癌患者根治性放疗中优质护理的应用效果及对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选择本院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的接受根治性放疗的80例食管癌患者,通过信封法随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组各40例。常规护理组进行常规护理,优质护理组进行优质护理。对比两组患者经护理后的生活质量评分变化和护理满意度情况。结果两组患者护理前生活质量各项评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);优质护理组患者护理后生活质量各项评分比常规护理组显著增高(P<0.05);优质护理组患者护理后护理满意度评分比常规护理组患者显著增高(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者根治性放疗中应用优质护理可提高患者的术后生活质量与护理满意度。

High Quality Nursing in Radical Radiotherapy for Patients with Esophageal Cancer and Patient Satisfaction

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality nursing in radical radiotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer and its effect on nursing satisfaction.Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancer who received radical radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into conventional nursing group and high-quality nursing group by envelope method,with 40 patients in each group.The changes of quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life before nursing between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score after nursing in the high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in esophageal cancer patients with radical radiotherapy can promote the improvement of postoperative life quality and nursing satisfaction.
