芪参胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白及血清同型半胱氨酸影响

目的观察芪参胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对C反应蛋白（CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（homocysteic acid,Hcy）水平的影响。方法 118例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,包括阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、硝酸甘油、低分子肝素、β受体阻滞剂及他汀类等药物治疗;治疗组常规治疗基础上加用芪参胶囊,疗程6周。观察两组患者临床症状、治疗前后血脂、CRP及Hcy水平的变化。结果与对照组比较治疗组患者的临床症状显著改善,总有效率分别为91.67%和77.58%（P〈0.01）;两组患者治疗后血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、CRP、Hcy水平差异有显著统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论芪参胶囊能改善不稳定心绞痛患者的临床症状,降低患者CRP及Hcy水平。

Influences of Qishen Capsules on C-response protein and homocysteine in patients with unstable angina

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qishen Capsules on unstable angina and its influences on the levels of C／｜response protein（CRP） and homocysteine（HCY）.Methods The patients with unstable angina（n=118） were randomly divided into the control group treated with routine treatment including aspirin,clopidogrel,nitroglycerin,nadroparin calcium,β／｜receptor blocker and statins,and treatment group added Qishen Capsules besides the routine treatment.One therapeutic course was 6 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and the levels of blood fat,CRP and HCY were observed in two groups before and after the treatment.Results The clinical symptoms were significantly relieved in the treatment group compared with the control group（P0.01）,and the effective rate was,respectively,91.67% and 77.58% in two groups.After the treatment the differences in the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,high／｜density lipoprotein,CRP and HCY were all statistically significant between two groups（all P0.01）.Conclusion Qishen Capsules can ameliorate clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of CRP and HCY in the patients with unstable angina.
