集束化护理对糖尿病手术患者全身麻醉术后并发症的影响

目的研究集束化护理对糖尿病手术患者全身麻醉术后并发症的影响。方法收集2018年6月-2019年6月在该院手术室行全麻手术的2型糖尿病患者306例。根据时间分为150例患者为对照组,2019年1-12月156例患者为观察组,两组患者均实施普通的手术护理常规,观察组在对照组的基础上针对全麻术后并发症实施集束化护理。对比两组患者全麻后并发症的发生率,两组患者血糖控制情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者全麻后并发症如呼吸系统、循环系统、低血糖、高渗性昏迷、谵妄、苏醒延迟与躁动等方面均低于对照组,血糖控制情况比较,观察组血糖达标时间、平均血糖波动明显低于对照组。结论集束化护理用于糖尿病手术患者降低了全身麻醉术后并发症的发生,利于血糖的控制,提高了患者满意度,值得推广。

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Postoperative Complications of General Anesthesia in Diabetic Patients

Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing on postoperative complications of general anesthesia in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 306 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent general anesthesia in the operating room of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were collected.According to the time,150 patients were divided into the control group,and from January to December 2019,156 patients were the observation group.The two groups of patients were subjected to general surgical nursing routines.The observation group was based on the control group for general anesthesia.After the complications,cluster nursing was performed.The incidence of complications after general anesthesia was compared between the two groups,as well as blood glucose control and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The complications in the observation group,such as respiratory system,circulatory system,hypoglycemia,hyperosmolar coma,delirium,delayed awakening and restlessness,were lower than those in the control group.The blood glucose control was compared.Blood glucose fluctuations were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The use of cluster nursing for diabetic patients reduces the incidence of postoperative complications of general anesthesia,which is beneficial to the control of blood glucose and improves patient satisfaction.
