医院血糖应用对糖尿病干预效果观察

目的分析医院血糖应用对糖尿病干预效果。方法选择92例糖尿病患者做为研究对象,均来自于2018年1月—2019年1月在该院就诊的病例。随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组予以常规血糖管理,研究组应用医院血糖,对比两组各方面准确率、依从性和血糖达标率。结果对比接受治疗和干预后血糖数值、反馈、信息识别方面的准确率研究组均高于对照组;对比两组血糖达标时间研究组短于对照组,且研究组患者的依从性评分更高(P<0.05)。结论应用医院血糖对糖尿病患者进行干预,可提高医生获得患者信息的准确率,提高治疗效率和患者的依从性。

Observation on the Effect of Hospital Blood Glucose Application on Diabetes Intervention

Objective To analyze the effect of hospital blood glucose application on diabetes intervention.Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetes were enrolled in the study.All patients were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine blood glucose management.The study group used hospital blood glucose to compare the accuracy,compliance and blood glucose compliance rate of the two groups.Results The accuracy of the blood glucose values,feedback,and information identification after treatment and intervention were higher in the study group than in the control group.The blood glucose compliance time of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group,and the compliance score of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital blood glucose to patients with diabetes can improve the accuracy of doctors'access to patient information,improve treatment efficiency and patient compliance.
