真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果

目的探析真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取该院于2018年3月—2020年3月收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组加用真武汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的相关指标变化。结果观察组的总有效率88.0%高于对照组64.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=15.337,P<0.05);治疗前两组患者各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率(466.24±42.51)%、24 h尿蛋白含量(1.35±0.19)g/d、肌酐清除率(69.21±9.45)mL/min等肾功能指标低于对照组,观察组的HbA1c(7.67±2.20)%高于对照组,而2 hPG(7.79±1.98)mmol/L、FPG(4.14±1.77)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.407、3.790、5.185、4.501、4.813、3.807,P<0.05)。结论采用真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病可以提升疗效,并能改善肾功能和血糖水平,值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Zhenwu Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction on this basis,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the changes in related indicators before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%,which was higher than that of the control group 64.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=15.337,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).In the post-observation group,24 h urine microalbumin excretion rate(466.24±42.51)%,24 h urine protein content(1.35±0.19)g/d,creatinine clearance rate(69.21±9.45)mL/min and other renal function indexes lower than the control group,HbA1c(7.67±2.20)%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while 2 hPG(7.79±1.98)mmol/L and FPG(4.14±1.77)mmol/L were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.407,3.790,5.185,4.501,4.813,3.807,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Zhenwu Decoction can improve the curative effect and improve the renal function and blood sugar level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
