个性化营养护理对肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖控制及康复的影响分析

目的分析个性化营养护理对肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖控制及康复的影响。方法选择2016年2月—2017年11月该院收治的78例肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者,按照随机的方法分成对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组采取常规方式护理,观察组采取个性化营养护理,对比两组患者病情的恢复情况。结果观察组护理前餐后2 h、空腹的血糖水平对比对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者护理后血糖指标对比观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的并发症发机率、骨关节活动对比观察组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过个性化营养护理可以帮助肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者控制血糖并提高恢复效率,减少并发症,缩短患者住院时间,值得在临床上推广借鉴。

Analysis of the Influence of Personalized Nutritional Nursing on Blood Glucose Control and Rehabilitation of Patients with Limb Fracture and Diabetes

Objective To analyze the impact of personalized nutritional care on blood sugar control and rehabilitation of patients with limb fractures and diabetes.Methods 78 patients with limb fractures and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group took conventional care and observation.The observation group took personalized nutritional care,and the recovery of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The blood glucose levels of the observation group 2 h after the meal before nursing and fasting were compared with the control group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the blood glucose index of the control group patients after nursing was compared with the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and bone and joint activities of the control group compared to the observation group data,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nutritional care can help patients with limb fractures and diabetes mellitus to control blood glucose,improve recovery efficiency,reduce complications,and shorten the length of hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
