依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效分析

目的探讨依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择该科2018年9月—2020年9月收治的87例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为对照组(43例)和依帕司他组(44例)。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,依帕司他组增加依帕司他治疗,对比两组治疗前后神经病变改善情况,并监测氧化应激指标变化及用药安全性。结果依帕司他组治疗后TSS评分(3.83±1.02)分显著低于对照组(5.98±1.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。依帕司他组治疗后正中神经感觉与运动传导速度、腓总神经感觉与运动传导速度显著快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗,可进一步提升糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果,改善患者神经传导,有助于改善患者预后,临床应用价值较高。

Epalrestat Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 87 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the department from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and epalrestat group(44 cases).The control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the epalrestat group was added to the epalrestat group.The neuropathy improvement of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,and the changes in oxidative stress indicators and the safety of medication were monitored.Results The TSS score(3.83±1.02)points after treatment in the epalrestat group was significantly lower than the control group(5.98±1.69)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the median nerve sensory and motor conduction velocity and the common peroneal nerve sensory and motor conduction velocity in the epalrestat group were significantly faster than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with epalrestat therapy can further enhance the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improve the nerve conduction of patients,and help improve the prognosis of patients,with high clinical application value.
