生物降解乙交酯与丙交酯共聚物缓释中药大黄蛰虫栓的生物相容性研究

摘    要:目的探讨生物可降解乙交酯与丙交酯共聚物(PLGA)与中药混合栓剂的生物相溶性。方法通过大鼠腿部肌肉埋植实验,观察高分子缓释中药栓植入剂在局部肌肉组织的变化,初步评价高分子生物可降解缓释中药栓的生物相容性。结果药栓植入肌肉组织内可引起局部肌肉组织轻微的无菌性炎症,栓剂周围有纤维组织包裹厚度(〈30μm),药栓植入24w后完全降解。结论PLGA聚合物作为药物缓释载体,控制药物释放速度,待药物在机体内释放后,载体可被生物降解成水和二氧化碳,具有良好的生物相溶性。

Abstract:Objective To explore biocompatibility of high polymer biological degradatable delayed release traditional Chinese stype polylactic-glycolic acid (PLGA) and traditional Chinese stypes mixture.Methods Biocompatibility and degradation property of high polymer biological degradatable delayed release traditional Chinese stype was preliminarily evaluated by observing the changes in its implantation in partial musculature through muscle embedding.Results PLGA embedded in musculature induced slight aseprtic inflammation surrounding partial musculature, the packaged thickness of fibrous tissue surrounding stype <3 mm, PLGA was completely degradated 24 weeks after embedding.Conclusions As delayed release drug carrier, PLGA polymer could control release velocity, and be biologically degraded into intermediate product of tricarboxylic acid cycle that is utilized by body after drug released in body, which has better biocompatibility.
