| 摘 要： | 左心耳封堵术已成为预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者发生脑卒中的常用器械抗栓方案。随着房颤防治ABC综合策略以及中国房颤分级诊疗方案的出台，左心耳封堵术也将越来越受到重视，并成为房颤患者规范化综合治疗中重要一环。

| Abstract: | Left atrial appendage occlusion has become a commonly used device in antithrombotic program to prevent stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. With the introduction of the ABC comprehensive strategy for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation and the grading diagnosis and treatment plan for atrial fibrillation in China, left atrial appendage occlusion will receive more and more attention and become an important assist of the standardized comprehensive treatment for atrial fibrillation patients. |
