黄连素干预对代谢综合征及心脑血管疾病影响

代谢综合征是以肥胖为中心，高血压、高血糖、高血脂、高胰岛素血症聚集于个体的临床征候群，是一组代谢起源的相互关联的危险因素的集合。黄连素化学通用名盐酸小檗碱，是存在于中药黄连等6科植物中的苯并荜芘异喹啉类季铵型生物碱，近年来的广泛研究发现其具有降血糖、降血脂、抗心律失常、抗血小板聚集、增强机体免疫功能等作用，本文就近年研究黄连素降糖、降脂、减肥、抗动脉粥样硬化等在代谢综合征中的防治作用作一综述。

Advances on berberine in the control of metabolic syndrome and cardio/cerebrovascular disease

Metabolic syndrome is a pathological condition of abnormal accumulation of diverse metabolic ingredients. Most abnormal metabolic ingredients have a close relation with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hyperinsulinemia. Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid isolated from Chinese medicinal herbs such as Coptidis rhizome. In recent years it was reported to have beneficial effects on the metabolic disorders of diabetes.
