| 摘 要： | 目的了解鲁甸县乙类传染病的流行趋势及变化规律,为今后制定传染病防控策略供科学依据。方法根据中国疾病控制信息报告管理系统规定所制定的年报表进行分析。结果 2007-2009年报告乙类传染病17种,1 794例,发病率在174.79/10万~124.32/10万之间,年均发病率为145.63/10万;位于前5位的乙类传染病依次是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、麻疹、猩红热。3年间呼吸道传播疾病发病居传染病之首,占发病总数的44%,血液及性传播疾病和肠道传染病分别占发病总数的29.54%和24.08%。结论 2007-2009年鲁甸县乙类传染病发病率较高,防控形势依然严峻,以呼吸道传染病、血液及性传播疾病、肠道传染病为主,应为今后防控的重点。
