热毒宁注射液治疗外感风热证的临床观察

目的了解热毒宁注射液对外感风热证的治疗效果。方法48例诊断为外感风热证的患者,分为试验组(36例)和对照组(12例),试验组使用热毒宁注射液,对照组使用清开灵注射液,3d为1个疗程。观察两组的临床症状、中医证候、体温的疗效,同时观察不良反应。结果两组患者疾病疗效、中医证候疗效、体温疗效间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后体温起效时间、解热时间、痊愈时间比较,差异无显著性统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论热毒宁注射液是治疗外感风热证的安全有效的药物。

Clinical Observations on Curative Effects of Reduning Injection on Wind-Heat -Evil Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinically curative effects of injection reduning on patients of Wind -Heat -Evil Syndrome.Methods 48 cases patients of Wind -Heat -Evil Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group (36 cases) was treated with reduning injection,and the control group was treated with Qingkailing injection.The total significant effective rates and The total effective rates of the symptoms and the Chinese traditional medicine symptoms and the body temperature were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic courses of both groups were 3 days.Results There were no statistical differences of curative effect between the two groups on disease symptoms,Chinese traditional medicine symptoms and body temperature(P>0 05).The time of body temperature beginning descend,keep normal and recovery were no statistical differences too(P>0 05).No adverse effects were found in the two groups.Conclusion Reduning injection is effective and safe in treatment of Wind- Heat -Evil Syndrome.
