布地奈德雾化吸入联合西替利嗪治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效

目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合西替利嗪治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择2010年12月—2012年12月我院收治的哮喘急性发作患儿92例,根据治疗方法将患儿分成对照组和观察组,各46例。在对症治疗基础上对照组患儿给予布地奈德雾化吸入;观察组在对照组基础上口服西替利嗪,疗程均为5 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、相关临床症状消失时间及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率为91.3%,高于对照组的65.2%(P0.05);咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间和哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组(P0.05);第一秒呼气末容积(FEV1)和FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)高于对照组(P0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合西替利嗪治疗小儿哮喘急性发作疗效显著,能有效改善患儿肺功能,且药物起效快。

Effect of Budesonide Inhalation Combination with Cetirizine on Acute Attack of Asthma in Children

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation combined with cetirizine on acute attack of asthma in children. Methods From December 2010 to December 2012,92 children with acute attack of asthma in our hospital were chosen,and then they were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment,each of 46 cases.Control group given budesonide inhalation on the basis of symptomatic treatment,observation group given cetirizine on the basis of control group; both groups treated for 5 days. Clinical effect,symptoms disappeared time and lung function improvement between the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 91. 3%,was higher than that of control group of 65. 2%（ P〈0. 05）; disappeared time of cough,gasp and wheezing were shorter than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; FEV1 and FEV1% were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation combined with cetirizine has certain effect on acute attack of asthma in children,which can effectively improve the lung function,and effect onset time is short.
