| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合检测结核抗体（TBAb）和腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）在结核病诊断的临床应用价值。方法对200例结核病患者进行TBAb和ADA测定，分析它们对结核病诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果结核病组血清及胸水TBAb阳性率分别是71．5％和75．8％，特异性分别是90．5％和93．3％，显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），而血清ADA阳性率低，与对照组比较则无差异；结核性胸腔积液患者的胸水ADA阳性率为88．7％，特异性为93．3％，显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论测定患者血清中的TBAb和胸水中的TBAb和ADA，对结核病的诊断均有重要的临床价值，两者联合检测，并测定胸水／血清比值对结核性胸膜炎的诊断意义更大。
