摘    要:目的 探讨胸腺肽α1对AECOPD患者的免疫调节作用.方法 80例AECOPD患者随机分为两组,A组(n=40)仅采用常规方法治疗,B组(n=40)在A组治疗基础上加用胸腺肽α1治疗,同期选择40例健康体检者作为对照组(C组).观察治疗前后各组血清Th1型细胞因子(IFN-γ)和Th2型细胞因子(IL-4)的表达水平.结果 B组治疗总有效率(90.0%)明显高于A组治疗总有效率(77.5%) (P<0.05);两组治疗前IFN-γ、IL-4表达水平及IL-4/IFN-γ较C组明显增高(P<0.05),治疗后A、B组IFN-γ、IL-4表达水平及IL-4/IFN-γ较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且B组下降较A组更为明显(P<0.05).结论 胸腺肽可纠正患者体内Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡紊乱现象,改善COPD患者的免疫系统功能.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the immunoregulation effects of thymosin alpha 1 on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods 80 patients of acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into two groups,group A(n=40) was only treated with routine therapy,and group B(n=40) was treated with thymosin alpha1 on the basis of in A group.At the same time,40 healthy cases were selected as control group(group C).The expression level of serum Th1 cell factors(IFN-γ) and Th2 cell factors(IL-4) before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of B group(90%) was higher than that of A group(77.5%)(P<0.05).The expression levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,and IL-4/IFN-γ before treatment in the two groups were higher than those of C group(P<0.05).The expressions of IFN-γ,IL-4,and IL-4/IFN-γ in A,B group after treatment decreased more significantly than those of before treatment(P<0.05),and B group decreased more obviously than that of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymosin can correct the imbalance phenomenon of Thl/Th2 cytokine in the patients with COPD,and improve the function of immune system of patients with COPD.
