| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨与肺癌相关的常见肿瘤标志物CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE在原发性肺癌诊断中的意义。方法:测定50例肺癌患者和20例肺部良性肺疾病的血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE水平,结合其临床资料．分析其临床诊断价值。结果:CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE分别在肺腺癌、肺鳞癌及小细胞肺癌具有较高的敏感性．且与肿瘤分期有一定的相关性。结论:三者联合检测可提高肺癌的盗床诊断率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical value of some tumor markers such as CEA,NSE and CYFRA 21-1 in diagnosis with lung cancer.Methods The serum level of CEA,NSE and CYFRA 21-1 were measurd on 70 patients that contained 50 lung cancers of different pathological types and different TNM stages and 20 benign lung diseases,the clinical data were analyzed too.Results CEA,NSE and CYFRA 21-1 showed high sensitivity in lung cancer of adenocaricnoma,squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer(SCLC) separately and also had correlation with TNM stages.Conclusion Determination of CEA,NSE and CYFRA 21-1 can improve the diagnostic rate of lung cancer. |
