甲地孕酮在晚期肺癌化疗中应用的临床观察

目的观察甲地孕酮(MA)在晚期肺癌化疗中的临床疗效。方法将56例晚期肺癌患者随机分为治疗组30例(化疗加MA)和对照组26例(单纯化疗),分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗组在KPS评分、进食增加、体重增加、疼痛缓解、骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期肺癌化疗加用甲地孕酮能够改善患者的体质营养状况,增强对化疗的耐受力,减轻毒副反应。

Clinical Observation of Megestrol In The Treatment of Lung Cancer In Advanced Stage

Objective To observe the clinical effect of megestrol with adjuvant application to improve the quality of life and to reduce the toxic side effects in patients with advanced lung cancer at chemotherapy.Methods 56 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(30 patients) were treated with MA combined with chemotherapy,and the control group(26 patients) were treated with chemotherapy alone,and Karnofsky Performance Scale,appetite,weight increase,easement of pain and side effects under chemotherapy were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group improved more obviously in terms of Karnofsky Performance Scale,appetite,weight increase,easement of pain and bone marrow depression,nausea and vomitting caused by chemotherapy compared with the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions MA combined with chemotherapy can improve the patient’s nutrition,enhance their tolerance to chemotherapy,relieve drug toxicity,and obviously improve the quality of life.
