AECOPD治疗前后C反应蛋白变化的临床意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者治疗前、治疗后C反应蛋白（CRP）变化及临床意义。方法选择AECOPD患者82例，分别测定应用抗生素治疗前后CRP、WBC计数，并比较这些指标的变化情况。结果C反应蛋白在患者人院时的总阳性率为81．70％。在治疗后，CRP在WBC还未有显著变化时已经明显下降，其治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论CRP作为反映细菌性感染的敏感指标，肺部感染严重程度和反映抗生素疗效方面具有重要意义。

The changes of C-reactive protein in acute phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its significance

Objective To investigate the changes of CRP in diagnosis of the acute phase of COPD and its significance, Method CRP and WBC were measured both when the patients just before and after the treatment with effective antibiotics to compare their change. Results The positive rate of CRP is 81, 70% , and the difference was obvious（P 〈0. 01）. At the same time , the CRP＇s differ- ence between before and after the use of antibiotics was also obvious（ P 〈 0, 01 ）. Conduslon CRP is a sensitive and specific index to the acute phase of COPD, and is helpful to discover this acute disease early as well as a good guide to estimate the serious of pneumonias and to respond the efficacy of antibiotics.
