AECOPD病情严重程度与痰中IL-8、TNF-α水平的关系研究

目的探讨AECOPD不同病情严重程度患者痰液中的白介素8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平的变化。方法选择AECOPD患者并进行病情严重程度分级,收集痰液测定痰液中的IL-8、TNF-α水平,进行统计学分析,以P值〈0.05为有统计学意义的标志。结果（1）不同病情严重程度组的IL-8、TNF-α比较的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）病情严重程度分级与IL-8和TNF-α的相关性均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论AECOPD患者病情严重程度不同,其气道炎症程度也不同,且从病情的严重程度大致可推断其气道炎症程度。

Investigation of the relationships between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and values of IL-8、TNF-α in the sputum

Objective To investigate the IL-8,TNF-α level changes in sputum of AECOPD patients with different severities.Methods AECOPD patients were selected among with the severity of grading.Their sputum were collected and IL-8,and TNF-α levels were determined.Statistical analysis,was conducted with P〈0.05.Results （1） The severities of different groups of IL-8,TNF-α were compared and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.（2） The relevance of severity and IL-8、TNF-α were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion AECOPD patients with different degrees of severity has different extents of airway inflammation.The severity of the illness can generally predict its airway inflammation.
