摘    要:作为当今空间信息自动管理和分析的强大工具,地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)的发展为流行病学研究提供了一种新的技术手段.寄生虫病的扩散流行多数依靠媒介传播,GIS通过对传播媒介的监测,结合当地地理环境因素,往往可以对疾病发生的趋势和概率进行初步的预测.

Abstract:Geographic information system (GIS) is the combination of computer database technology with geo-referenced information, resulting in digital maps and databases. It is a new powerful tool applied in many fields, including epidemiology. Vector is necessary for the transmission of parasitic diseases. By surveying these vectors, combining geo-referenced information, GIS technology is capable of predicting the tendency of parasitic diseases.
