| 摘 要： | 截止到2007年底，相关文献共报道了171个哮喘相关基因，其中2006-2007年报道了53个基因。本篇综述将讨论发现这些基因的方法，并对近年来发现的主要哮喘基因进行简要概述，其中包括迄今为止发现的与哮喘关联最有充分证据的基因：ORMDL3基因。

| Abstract: | There are 171 candidate genes that have been identified till the end of 2007. In 2006-2007 there are 53 candidate genes reported in the literature. We discuss the methods that have been used to identify associated genes for common disease and overview these major asthma related genes which include a strongly associated gene： ORMDL3. |
